How Pantegral Uses / Supports Reports
Pantegral’s public documentation identifies “Reports” as a built-in capability. From the Pantegral site:
- Under the “Records & Reports” section, Pantegral reports can contain all the information regarding a project pulled from one place allowing control over who can access your information.
- There is the ability to have “Personalized Reports” to view aggregate behaviour across multiple portals.
- Reports aggregate data across workflows, tasks, records, forms, revisions, and portal activity.
- Reports are “personalized,” meaning users (or roles) can have reports tailored to their domain (e.g. per client, per project, per user).
- Reports respect Pantegral’s access / permission model: only data a user is allowed to see will appear in their reports.
- Reports are tied to the same data repository and models used by the rest of the system, not siloed.
- Reports may be dynamic (real-time or near real time) as Pantegral mentions “Always in Sync” with portal changes and broadcasts. Pantegral
Thus, in a Pantegral portal, “reports” are an integrated tool for users to explore aggregate project and portal data, according to their permissions, with customized views across portals and possibly scheduled or on-demand outputs.
