The Automated Proposal Generator (APG) makes our clients’ lives easier and serves the business. With the Proposal Creation feature, we get an upfront snapshot of client needs and project parameters. Instead of starting a discovery meeting from scratch, we arrive with a one-page summary that turns discovery into a collaboration.
Problem
Too often, discovery sessions focus on gathering basic scope details instead of working together on solutions. That costs both clients and teams time and energy. The traditional “dig for clues” approach is antiquated.
Solution
Proposal Creation uses AI to summarize data collected during intake and produce a custom brief for the team to review before meeting the client. That gives us a clear baseline and a first pass at the portal plan before the meeting.
