The Automated Proposal Generator (APG) helps clients self-serve and produce a clear, detailed scope for a Pantegral portal. It delivers immediate guidance and removes unnecessary busywork for clients. We do this with AI-powered information collection using a custom-built tool.

Problem

Pantegral relies on a human-centered collaboration process. It takes time and energy, and it leads to more usable results. To streamline the start of this process, we need to gather as much relevant information as possible without adding workload for clients. User burnout is common with discovery tools. If the tool is too complex, bounce rates rise.

Solution

Using AI, the APG analyzes user input and adjusts the number of questions based on the detail provided. For example, if someone requests a website without specifying budget or scope, the tool may present 15 targeted questions to round out the portal concept. If a user arrives with a well-rounded scope, it may ask only 3.

Outcome
