Overview

Our new Automated Proposal Generator (APG) helps potential clients clarify their needs and outline a portal concept before the first discovery meeting. It also suggests features using AI, so people can see options they may not realize are possible with Pantegral.

Problem

Many teams are unsure how to navigate Pantegral’s range of capabilities. Pantegral combines a custom content management system (CMS), data management system (DMS), and knowledge repository system (KRS) with a consultative design process. Without guidance, it can be hard to know what to build first or how the pieces fit.

Solution

We paired our AI work with human-centered design to add AI-generated feature suggestions inside the APG. As users share goals and needs during information collection, the model surfaces relevant portal features and adjacent opportunities. This follows our core belief that technology should enhance human judgment, not replace it. The tool points people toward useful directions instead of pushing them into features they do not need.

Outcome

Clients arrive at the first meeting with clearer requirements and a better sense of possibility. Conversations shift from picking features off of an invisible menu to a collaborative brainstorm. That leads to stronger portal plans and faster alignment.
